Leftover Homemade Teriyaki Chicken with Brown sugar, Pineapple and Onions

Best leftovers yet!

This is seriously the best Chicken ever!  We made too much Grilled chicken, so I took 3 pieces and sliced them into tiny pieces.  Threw them into a frying pan with 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of Teriyaki sauce, 4 whole slices (cut up) of canned pineapple, and 1/2 a small onion chopped small.

That is it cook on Medium or 5  for 15-20 minutes stirring every 4-5 minutes so everything doesn't get stuck to the pan.

I made a fresh batch of rice : 2 cups rice, 4 cups water, and a tablespoon of oil, bring to a boil, stir rice and turn down to simmer and cover until water disappears.
